MDRoffers Consulting and its planners have provided a range of planning, development review, economic development, intergovernmental services, and school district planning to the Sauk Prairie community in Sauk County, Wisconsin, since 2001.

• Managed original preparation and update of 3-community (two villages, one town) Comprehensive Plan.
• Updated Village of Prairie du Sac/extraterritorial zoning and subdivision ordinance.
• Lead author on 3-community intergovernmental boundary agreement and its update.
• Assisted Village of Sauk City with comprehensive zoning ordinance amendments.
• Directed or assisted on the Village of Prairie du Sac’s neighborhood and park and open space planning.
• Ongoing development review services to Village of Prairie du Sac.
• Assisted the Sauk Prairie School District in preparation for a successful school construction referendum.
