MDRoffers Consulting and its planners have provided a range of planning, development review, economic development, downtown redevelopment, recreation planning, and intergovernmental services to DeForest since 2005.

• Managed an innovatively crafted Comprehensive Plan update.
• Assist and train in-house planning and zoning staff and plan commissioners, and directed several major amendments to zoning and subdivision regulations.
• Provide ongoing development review, including development agreements.
• Helped the Village obtain over $1.5 million in grants for development of its trail system.
• Assisted with tax incremental financing district project plans.
• Led successful urban service area amendment applications.
